Dont waste your money on that app! Videos not working most of the time! Bad development.

All the people that are complaining need to go buy YouTube Red. This app is amazing and gives you some YouTube red features. Picture in Picture is the biggest one for me. Just get it and trash the pos default YouTube app.

Its basically like having YouTube Red with a one time purchase. It works flawlessly on iOS 9.2.1 with an iPad mini 3. PiP and Background audio support are excellent. If I had to file a complaint it would be that I cannot respond to comments. Thats a minor issue. Great app you will not be disappointed. I would also appreciate a easier way to access my subscribed channels list. Maybe in the menu bar on the left. Going to subscriptions then switching to channels is a tad inconvenient.

Definitely dont regret purchasing this but please make an option for different video quality when on cellular and another for when on wifi also I have a fast internet connection and there a slight lag when starting YouTube video in comparison to the YouTube app other than that best app for YouTube

I love this app. There are no commercials now which is great. The problem is, when you go to the activity tab, it brings up very old videos. The Activity tab is supposed to be recent uploads from your frequently watched channels. All the suggestions are old right now. They may bring up 1 or 2 new vids, but most are months old and I have already seen them. Same with the related videos tab. They are usually just the same exact video, not videos like the current video your watching. Great app but suggestions definitely need work.

Update 03/30: avoid this app, after one month nothing changed. Video still not work, you always get a play error and youre forced to use alternative player. At that point just stick with the official YouTube app that improved a lot in the last months and in my opinion is now superior (and free). Still zero support from developer(s), all my email went to the void. Jedi voice: this is not the app youre looking for. Going to delete it, wasted money. : Update 02/28: this app is getting worse with time. First comments not showing, now the player getting *always* timeout. Also search field has auto correction enabled, that forces you to correct every single name/foreign term. And still author never answering support requests. Im now looking for a valid alternative. :( I wrote the authors several times in the last year, to report bugs (like the current one where comments arent shown anymore) and they *never* ever replied back. Not a single time. Bad support like this is very rare. Avoid this app.. :(

There needs to be a default playback for wifi and cellular so i can set 1080p when Im home.

This app is amazing. But it does have one problem. The songs take a while(around 10 seconds or more) to start when on audio only. This gets annoying after awhile. Other than that its a an amazing app.

I love this app and use it constantly, The one thing I would like fixed is that I cant remove videos from my "Watch Later" playlist. Please fix and I will give 5 stars!

Best by far! I love that I dont have to pay 14.99 a month for YouTube Red. Plus, this app is by far more put together than YouTube for iOS

This app is great with just a few bugs that dont ruin the experience.

Very good overall, but I have a few gripes -No Roku support -Doesnt list some videos as "watched" -Saved playlists dont interact with saved playlists on youtube.com

And I would like an "audio only" Mode.

Would be nice if the dev can add the option to play videos at 60fps on 1080p resolution like the stock YouTube app does

Its not working for some reason. All it says as soon as I open it is. "daily limit exceeded. the quota will be reset at midnight"

What setting do I change to have the unlimited data you know..like everything else on the Internet! My data on my phone isnt up how can a personal app have a limit?

I LOVE THIS APP. The no adds part is the best. But I am having a problem where it says that I have exceeded my getting started quota or something like that. If someone can help me that would be great. I use this app almost everyday and idk if this is suppose to happen or if I just use it to much, but if it can be helped can someone help me?
