Thoroughly enjoying this app! Id uninstall the native YouTube app if it had support for Chromecast #UPDATE: Still, no Chromecast support.

Get it! Love the ad blocking and background play feature. Uninstall the default app and use this with workflow.

I cant push "like" or "thumbs up" on any video comment, no matter how many times I try, or how hard I press. Now what the heck is up with that?

This app is a far superior way to use YouTube on your smart device. Playing videos in the background and being able to play just audio from videos is a huge plus. The layout is nicer than the YT app as well. Thanks for fixing the subscription bug!

The UI design and features of Protube makes the default youtube app pointless.

Despite it saying that Im subscribed to a lot of channels, it only shows subscriptions for channels I subscribe to while on the app itself.

The problem is youtube, they dont allow other apps to access via API and circumvent the nasty features of youtube we all hate, like ads and censorship. YOu have to login to google every time you use this app. this is no better than the junky free apps. Clearly, the developer is breaking google/youtubes TOU. I want my money back!!! I can only hope to save others from giving this crook $3,99

Would like the feature on the iPhone 7+ where it has the video playing in a corner while in another app like the iPad (multitasking/out of protube app). Not sure if you can implement something like that, but that would be awesome. Great app nonetheless. Update (7/29/17): Thank you for updating and fixing bugs in app. Best YouTube client still in my opinion.

Update: Now works properly. Wonderful app, although new bugs have surfaced with the update. "Subscriptions" tab no longer loads correctly, and the app force closes multiple times shortly after opening.

I was trying to listen to a lecture on my iPhone via YouTube and literally got an ad every 3 minutes so I did a google search and read that people liked this app. Downloaded immediately cause the ads were so annoying, and it works perfectly, no ads! Also it plays audio even when you have a different app open or press the sleep button which annoyed me so so much about YouTube, so limiting and such a waste of battery lol for both those reasons I have no regrets buying this app, two thumbs up!

No adv thats good, but "what to watch" works bad, same vids all the time, original YouTube suggestions work much better.

I use ProTube exclusively for watching YouTube videos. When I search for something the search results dont change when watch a video, my original search results stay intact. Also, there are no commercials. It works great. Wish list: Maybe Ive missed it but I havent figured out how to subscribe to a channel with ProTube. I go to the YouTube app and subscribe then go back to ProTube. I would love to filter by language and get only English (or some other language). All languages are included in a search. I use ProTube every day. I love it.
